â Take a Breath ☆ Download by Ø S.K. Paisley I have not read this yet, but it looks good I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads.
Take a Breath by S.
K Paisley Once I started I got sucked into the story, I had to keep reading.
This is not only a story about crime but also about love The characters Lena and Paul are very realistic and I really enjoyed following their relationship over the years I think this was a great debut and I hope to read by S.
K Paisley in the future.
If this is the first book by Paisley I ve got to read the others when she writes them This was a stunning mystery with many kinds of interesting by play between the characters The plot goes back and forth in two time frames to give you the background of the story.
You will find yourself not wanting to put this book down because it draws you into the story and you have to keep reading to see what is going to happen next Great job.
J Robert Ewbank author John Wesley, Natural Man, and the Isms Wesley s Wars and To Whom It May Concern I won this through First Reads and I am really glad that I had the chance to read a book like this I had to finish this book and see what happened in the end, it was just so gripping The way Paul and Lena were together was just a unique kind of story and not your typical love story I loved how S.
K Paisley portrayed the evil of Munroe and how he finally got what he deserved This is one book that had me on edge It was beautifully written This is a very well written book that tells the story of Lena and Robert and their many attempts at being together Set in Glasgow the story unfolds from their first meeting till their last and what happened to them along the way.
The story unfolds in 2 time frames and although I don t usually enjoy books that do this I found myself very quickly drawn into the tale of these 2 damaged and realistic characters and I wanted to know what happened to them.

The first third of the book was a bit slow going and did feel like a first book, but the writing got a lot better as the book went on This book does have a back and forth over the years style to it, even within chapters it changed year, bit annoying Got better as it went on, liked Paul as the main character, found Lena really annoying, pretty good ending though Not the best book I ve read in this genre, not the worst, hence 3 stars.
Realistic characterisation and a gripping storyline with plenty of twists.
Tight, accomplished writing, and a real breath of fresh air S K Paisley has her own voice and her writing is original and direct.
I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading by S K Paisley.

I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading by S K Paisley Take a Breath pulled me in very quickly with its easy pace It consumes you as you slowly sink deeper into the mystery and lives of these characters They are very real, flawed and troubled It s not just a mystery of what happened to these characters, but of how they were built What makes them who they are What decisions they made that brought them to this point How love influences their lives, for better and for worse Throughout the book, their humanity is battered, their resilience tested, and in the end, the book leaves a lasting impression.
